Responsibilities (projects completed, tasks assigned, etc.):
I co-taught NDI 205: Exploring Leadership & Leadership Theories with Reetha and researched leadership development theory models that will enhance the classroom experience for students. I also planned to facilitate activities that demonstrate the aspects of leadership that we focus on within the classroom. In addition, I evaluated and graded student assignments, facilitated discussions, and learned from students regarding their perceptions of student leadership on campus and ways in which we can get them involved and engaged in leadership opportunities.
