Responsibilities (projects completed, tasks assigned, etc.):
Worked with the South Africa Social Justice seminar, my focus was creating learning outcomes and assessments. Came up with 5 learning outcomes congruent to the University learning outcomes. I needed to assess how the activities, discussion, and the actual trip helped students accomplish the learning outcomes. Created pre-post quizzes, a grading rubric for all activities, checklist, etc.
