- Serve as “chief of staff” for the Latino Issues Conference, serving as an interface for different heads, consistently checking in with each area leading up to the event and serving as main point of contact for all behind the scenes aspects
- Develop infrastructure/framework model for Latino Heritage Month that can be replicated for other ethnic month celebrations run by the office, including soliciting programs and developing timeline
- Work with the Latino Student Union cabinet as the graduate advisor for Latino Awareness Week
- Meet with Falcon Watch students who are on academic warning/probation
