-Redesigned summer residence assistant application, group interview, and interview process utilizing desired attributes and best practices from other institutions as well as an assessment of necessary skills and competencies.
-Facilitated group interview process for summer staff selection and participated in selection.
-Researched and created summertime online pre-service training for RAs.
-Researched and redesigned residence assistant evaluations.
-Conducted a large-scale benchmarking project of peer and nearby institutions to inform projects.
